Netbook for students
I don't have a good sleep last night. I am disturb a little bit because my daughter and his groupmates had their study and review session of their defense in our house. I was sipping my hot coffee in front of my computer when i felt my coffee is something like waving into my mouth. I put down a while the cup of coffee on the computer table. Observing closely if there is an earthquake or i just felt dizzy. If i have a dizziness i must have to secure myself because i know i have a history of hypertension. My digestive system is slowing down
I had my doctor's follow up check up this afternoon. Since i feel better now, my doctor advised me to stop my medication but i am advised to continue if i feel pain again. This is my problem now because my digestive system is slowing down. I am still hoping that soon will be back to normal. This is usually the problem of old age individuals above 70 years old but i am not yet that too much old, this what makes me worried.

Good tenant
Ohh. i am obliged not to continue lease for the one door apartment. Because my sister is resigning from work and she will stay there. I am sure she will not stay long, she might not endure the air pollution in Sta Cruz Manila. This sister of mine is meticulous and i want her to buy her own house near to my house. I am also saddened to say goodbye to the tenant because these couple were been our tenant for eight years. God cured me...
I feel better this morning, as i posted before that i have abdominal and elimination problem. I am on medication for more than a month now but improvement is very slight and worsen if i miss to take my medicine even in just one day. I ate fruits and vegetables everyday plus medication as prescribed by my doctor but there is no effect. I begun to worry and hopeless and i accepted the doctor's diagnosis that maybe adhesion is the main cause due to my previous cessarian section and dyspepsia due to my age. The doctor said there is no surgical or medication to repair if adhesion is the cause. My second problem (dyspepsia), my age is the main cause according to my doctor and they can't do anything than to continue medication (motillum tablet) and assured me that it 's a long treatment. Sigh...... I think there is no human being that can make me younger specially my internal organs. I do love eating fruits and vegetables like saluyot, malunggay , squash and many many more but why i am too young to have these symptoms. I prayed intensely to God through Jesus Christ. I prayed and asked His Blessing, to Cure me, to treat me, to make my organs and my whole body and mind strong.
This morning, i didn't felt anything bad and had my good elimination with normal consistency, size and characteristics without dulcolax tablet in the evening. This is my first time to have a good elimination since last year, it proves that there is no adhesion or tumor or anything that blocks my colon anymore. It's a miracle I am sure..God heard me and cleansed my colon and eradicated all those factors that made me sick. I really thank God. He made me well.

20/20 Eye Vision
Hello friends. Do you wear eyeglasses? It is not alarming if you are age forty years old when your vision is not anymore 20/20. Because if we are getting older there is always possibility that our organs are naturally declining that includes our vision except those young age with eye disorder. My son wearing eyeglasses because his vision is not normal . He is a victim of hereditary astigmatism. He inherited the disorder from his father. But i am not worried because his eye vision is corrected with eyeglasses. Also, my vision declined at my age of thirty seven years old. I can't read anymore the news paper in the morning as i used to. My doctor diagnosed me as nearsighted. He advised me to wear eyeglasses. Eyeglasses is the only treatment to read clearly the newspaper again in the morning. He advised me to read the newspaper not too close and not too far. After prolonged reading or using a computer, advised to look at green leaves or anything dark green because this is also a treatment for eye strain. Eat balance diet and more on yellow fruits and vegetables because these foods are rich in vitamin A. Vitamin A are good for eye's health that prevents early blindness and poor vision. Blindness is a result of slight poor vision if not corrected or if not using eyeglasses per optometrist prescription.
We have only two eyes. We have to take good care for it. If your doctor said that you must wear prescription eyeglasses or reading eyeglasses you must have to wear now. Even if your eyes normal, it is also advisable to wear sunglasses for protection against strong sunrays. Not only for protection but for fashion specially that if you wear fashionable eyeglasses that suits to your attire.
We have only two eyes. We have to take good care for it. If your doctor said that you must wear prescription eyeglasses or reading eyeglasses you must have to wear now. He loves branded Tshirts
Just yesterday my son came home with some tshirts again. I am about to be mad again because they have so many Tshirts already and their cabinets are full and no more hangers available. I don't know where to keep them, they don't want to be disposed because they use it once in a while. But he reasoned out that those Tshirt he purchased are sale items and they are branded. Seldom can purchased cheap branded Tshirt specially now that again summer. Well, it is very well said so i stopped complaining. Solution to find and remove dublicate files easily
When i learned to operate the computer i started blogging but i found my computer very slow. It takes 10 minutes to open the window to begin and i every times i login to my dashboard , accounts, my own blog and hop another blog makes me dizzy of waiting. I am newbie so i thought this is normal to all computer. This is my kid's computer which i bought last year so i am expecting that this is fit for me as newbie. They chosen this because it is the latest pentium so i am expecting that this is normal. I am not a computer genius like my children. They know better than me when it comes to computer, computer parts , computer function and operation and performance or computer problem including xp duplicate files . So i just patiently keep on blogging although the computer is not in normal function. At first i am excited to blog while my kids are in the school but when too much time consumed i found it not fair in my part anymore. I better stopped blogging and do some other things until my son noticed that i never sit infront of the computer anymore, he checked our computer and found the problem, it works very very slow because many duplicate files, pictures or images, music are stored in my daughter's files. She has no time to find and removed them one by one. My son is more knowledgeable about computer problem than my daughter so he suggested that there is a software tool to find and remove dublicate files. And they are very searchable in the internet to find the best software.
Coffee is not allowed
Oh!! i feel like drinking coffee again but my doctor advised me not to drink coffee because it might be the cause of my gas pain. I drink around 5 cups of coffee everyday before i felt abdominal discomfort. I got heartburn, abdominal pain, feeling of fullness last three weeks ago.
Fortunately, relieved after one week of medication. My doctor prescribed Motillum 10 mg one tablet three times a day. I am advised to take the tablet 30 minutes before meals and Omeprazole once a day and take it 15 minutes before meal.
