I love drinking coffee

I don't feel like working today, i wanted to continue my sleep because i slept late last night. I watch tv until 12 midnight . I went to bed after but still i had a difficulty to get a good sleep, maybe because of the cup of coffee after my dinner. The effect of coffee to me is make me awake six to seven hours after drinking. I am trying to avoid coffee except early morning but that evening, our viand was beef steak. I can't really help , i really love drinking coffee and can't avoid myself not to drink very hot coffee after eating any kind of beef recipe.

I can't help

I used to drink hot coffee four to five cups a day. I tried to lessen my habit of drinking too much coffee, or as much as possible i would like to stop totally. I could not sleep in the night if i drink coffee starting before lunch. Instead of hot coffee i choose to drink half cup of hot choco milk just to destruct my strong restless desire to drink coffee. I think i am already slightly addicted. and hot coffee as an alternative but can't help it makes me nauseated.
Coffee is an anti-oxidant. Antioxidants may possibly reduce the risks of cancer and gives anti aging effect to oldish. What i can only advice is to drink minimally. at least one or two, three a day is enough. I must have to lessen the dosage i used too, to make it beneficial for my health.

Coffee is not allowed

Oh!! i feel like drinking coffee again but my doctor advised me not to drink coffee because it might be the cause of my gas pain. I drink around 5 cups of coffee everyday before i felt abdominal discomfort. I got heartburn, abdominal pain, feeling of fullness last three weeks ago.
Fortunately, relieved after one week of medication. My doctor prescribed Motillum 10 mg one tablet three times a day. I am advised to take the tablet 30 minutes before meals and Omeprazole once a day and take it 15 minutes before meal. I wish and pray gas is just only the cause of my abdominal discomfort and not any other cause.
