Heel pain

Almost three weeks now that i enduring the pains of my left heel. I was thinking i got these pain due to my new flat sandal so i choose not to seek a medical attention. After 2 weeks the pain become severe during early morning if i get up from my bed or if i stand up after a prolong sitting. I can't bear the pain anymore and the pain is going higher of my legs. I was thinking i have already a severe bursitis, arthritis or any condition on bone or joint disease so i decided to decided to see a doctor without delay. She looks studious

This is my daughter when she was almost two years old. I gave her always coloring books, pencil and pieces of paper to keep them busy eventhough she was still very young. She looks studious noh? Yes. my daughter is lakuwatsadora when she was in high school and up to now but she's studious and never fail to study her lessons everyday before going to school.

I love drinking coffee

I don't feel like working today, i wanted to continue my sleep because i slept late last night. I watch tv until 12 midnight . I went to bed after but still i had a difficulty to get a good sleep, maybe because of the cup of coffee after my dinner. The effect of coffee to me is make me awake six to seven hours after drinking. I am trying to avoid coffee except early morning but that evening, our viand was beef steak. Sweet and sour Lapu lapu

I don't know the English term of lapulapu fish. Me and my daughter eat all kinds of edible fish but this fish is the only fish like by my son. He is very choosy when it come to viand. He does not eat fish except lapu lapu. And it be cook like fried or sweet and sour only. This is a little bit pricey than milk fish or tilapia so i seldom buy this lapulapu fish.
This is how i did for sweet and sour lapu lapu:
After cleaning the fish i rub with salt then fried in oil.While frying, I prepared onion, ginger and bell pepper.
In a cup1/4 cup of sugar, 1/4 cup of vinegar, little salt and half cup of water and set aside. This is for the sauce.
When the fish well one done . Put in a wide plate and set aside.
Remove excess oil and then stir fry the ginger, then onion, carrots and bell peeper. Should be half cook only. Cook in two to three minutes and pour over the fish.
In a clean pan, put the mixture and boil in low fire. When sugar dissolved and mixture is saucy pour over the fish and serve.

My sister

Been absent in blogging for several days. I spent four days exclusively for my sister. Many years we have not seen each other. She resigned now from her job and she's very excited to see us. I moved out to our new house after my second delivery. The baby in the picture is my baby boy. One year younger than my baby daughter. He's seven months here. They have almost the same features and face with my baby daughter when she's on this age. The hair of my son is just only thicker. We are only three in this house. I was all alone for the business and home and my children. It was really really very tiring due to over working plus the pains in my heart due to my failed marriage . Me myself still can't believe that i survived if i recall my tiring and painful past but very very happy because of my children, they are doing well. There are moments that i cry for joy because i felt the presence of the Lord Jesus during the most difficult times of my life. Still some trials and problems in our life , but i just take it as normal trials like other people do. Life is good! At least now, i can take it very lightly without big fear. Tintin (my daughter's name)is already fifth year and she's graduating. And my son Josh is fourth year. Sorry friends!!!! i am just only feeling proud mother today ha? I know still many rice to eat ..... Sabi nila take it easy or Weder weder na lang ang mga problema na yan kung meron man at kung may darating pa...heheeh. Joke!
Seriously. I thank God, He never leave us. Every minute He was always there with us and until now. I always said my thanks to God in Jesus name. I love you Lord....

I love so much my kids

I can't imagine how happy i am when this baby of mine came to this world. I gave up my work because of her. This is my first baby and I want to take care of her by myself. I can't help

I used to drink hot coffee four to five cups a day. I tried to lessen my habit of drinking too much coffee, or as much as possible i would like to stop totally. I could not sleep in the night if i drink coffee starting before lunch. Instead of hot coffee i choose to drink half cup of hot choco milk just to destruct my strong restless desire to drink coffee. I think i am already slightly addicted. and hot coffee as an alternative but can't help it makes me nauseated.

Ten months old Baby

This is me when i was pregnant for my son (2nd baby). I got pregnant again after three months delivery of my first born. With me, in the stroller is my baby girl.
