Omega 3

Good to eat sea foods in between pork or beef to avoid the increase of our cholesterol level, specially older adults. At age of 50 and above we need to regulate the fatty food we eat because as we go older, we are prone to heart diseases.
Omega 3 fatty acids from from fish, it supports the normal development of the brain, eyes and nerves and been known that these are essential to normal growth and health.
