Fish Afritada

We are now trying to avoid eating meat everyday.
Today, I cooked fish afritada for our lunch. I bought the fish in the market already butchered and the vendor said that it is a talakitok fish. Actually I used to buy this kind of fish. It cost P180.00 per kilo and i used to fry with butter after an hour marination with salt, pepper and calamansi juice . But this time i tried another recipe. It is Talakitok Afritada. [ingredients are fish, carrots, potato (i used baby potato for a tastier taste), bell pepper and tomato sauce. I did it perfectly!!. My kids amazed and son said "At last! mommy found the joy of cooking!!!"
My daughter requested me to cook again for her packed lunch in their office.
