Today's weather....

So cold morning!!. still raining and i think it rains the whole day and night in some areas of Metro Manila and some provinces. I saw in TV news about Valenzuela and Malabon. They are flooded due to high tide and contineous rain. Ever since these areas always the same problem every year during rainy season. What the government doing? Elementary and high school students are the one who are the most affected because their classes always suspended and i heard it last for 2-3 months sometimes.

After typhoon Egay here comes typhoon Falcon which is the fourth tropical storm. Hopefully these will not strong storm. According to news report it will just passes to the sideways of the Philippines.
