"Hilabos na Hipon"

"Hilabos na Hipon" or sauted shrimp is a recipe which is quick and easy to prepare. Just wash the shrimp. Place in pan and sprinkle some salt to taste. You may add a little oil if you wish. Cover the pan and place the pan over a medium heat until the shrimps turn to red orange. Cook more to 2-3 minutes and removed from fire. Serve with plain rice or garlic fried rice. This is a healthy food as well.
