Beef burger

Yes. my kids tired of eating the same burger. They asked me to cook something different burger. Luckily, i found one from Yummy recipe book i bought in bookstore in Megamall. A version which is nutritious and delicious as well. They adore the outcome. They said it is like siopao but burger.
The ingredients for the paties are:
3/4 kilo ground beef
1/4 cup minced onions
1 cup Japanese breadcrumbs
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoons pepper
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons liquid seasoning
oil for frying
For filling
1 large carrot cut into small cubes
1/8 Baguio beans cut into small same size with the carrots
1 cup green peas.
1 cup grated cheese
Procedure:
Mix all the ingredients for patties in a bowl
Mix in another bowl all the vegetables and cheese. Set aside
Prepare a pattie from meat mixture , flatten and put enough vegetable mixture at the center of each pattie, gather the edges of the pattie and seal in the vegetable. Do the same for the remaining ingredients.
Fry in hot oil over low fire until meat thoroughly cooked
Serve with rice.
