Nutritious diet

My daughter is on diet. She eats very little fish only.She's not doing the right ways of how to loss weight. She is so hard headed despite of my advices that she needs nutritious food especially now that she's third year college. She needs lots of effort for her major subjects and she must have to eat enough nutritious food for her brain but she eats only little food to avoid extra weight. She don't eat breakfast because she get up from bed usually 11:00 am she took little food for lunch . I am already scolding her and worried because poor diet resulting an injurious impact to her health causing so many deficiency diseases like scurvy,beriberi, malnutrition and many more. Poor eating habit is the number one cause of hyperacidity and if not corrected promptly will cause peptic ulcer. Wondering these teenagers so conscious of their weight and not aware of the side effects of wrong ways of loosing weight.Actually not only these teenagers who are suffering of malnutrition due to their improper ways to loss their weight. I heard from news about one celebrity in the Philippines named Francine Prito. She fainted while she guested in one tv show. I don't want to be happen to my daughter. well, ganyan naman talaga ang mga bata lalo na sa age ng anak mo nanaybelen..medyo nagda-diet na yan kaya ganyan..

Dapat balanced- hindi dapat mawala ang Go, Grow and Glow sa mga kinakain natin. Dapat a little bit of everything. O sige kahit wala nang sugar at fat sa diet, pwede na, basta makumpleto lang ang nasa food groups.

Kahit hindi ako ND siguro naman ay basic na kaalaman na itong nalalaman at isinulat ko. o",)

nay, the starlet´s name is francine prieto... huh, i heard gimmick lang daw iyong pagkakahimatay nya... gumagawa lang ingay, hehehe.

hindi naman kailangan magbawas sa pagkain para pumayat... kailangan lang ng mag exercise... try nyan din uminom ng pineapple juice! ...nakakatulong sya sa pagtunaw ng kinain natin at nkakabawas sya ng weight.
