Deboning a Whole Chicken Breast

1. With your hands, feel for the keel bone or central bone or the breast
2. Place the knife parallel to the bone
3. Slowly slice through, getting as much meat off the bone.
4. Follow through until you separate the meat from the bone
5. Do the same for the other side.
6. Trim the cut and remove the skin if necessary

I love cook too and what I always do is experiment cooking which I am thankful because my husband likes just trying to be nice to me. hahaha.
