Chicken AdoBo ( chicken in vinegar and Soy Sauce

Just combine all the ingredients in pan and let stand for 30 minutes
chicken - one kilo
vinegar- 1/3 cup
soy sauce -3 tablespoon
salt - 1 teaspoon
bayleaf- 1
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon brown sugar


Heat oil in pan , put crushed ginger (big) before garlic. When garlic turns to golden brown, put all the ingredients add 1/2 cup of water then cover and simmer until chicken becomes tender .
Serve Hot.
*i always add big ginger if i cook chicken adobo*
