1 kilo lean pork
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoon calamanci juice ( lemon)
2 whole egg
1 tablespoon cornstarch
liced pork into 2 inches thickness. Marinate with calamansi or lemon juce, pepper salt and msj(ajinomoto) Coat with egg conrstarch and deep fry. Fry until turned to golden brown.
Sweet and sour sauce:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup native vinegar
1/2 cup water
2 tbspoon catsup
1 slice ginger
1 small hot pepper (minced) optional
Mix all together the ingredients except cornstarch in a sauce pan . Bring to boil and thicken with cornstarch

Ito po ba yung palaging nakikita sa mga Chinese na kainan? Simple lang pala mga ingredients. Wala ngang something Chinese spice.
