Non-stick Toaster Oven Liner

Actually my toaster oven is not safe for use anymore. I am afraid it may cause fire. That started when we heated a left over pizza. Now my kids don't like to eat bread anymore because they used to eat toasted bread. If they choose to eat something hot bread they have to get up early to eat hot pandesal. I am really interested about this non- stick toaster oven. This is what i want to buy. My old toaster oven is not a non -stick liner and crumbs at the bottom of the toaster charcoaled and smokey everytime when using this toaster . It even takes time and patience to clean with soap and water avoiding the electrical lines. How I wish to have a non stick toaster oven at $8 , eight dollars times 49 pesos=392 pesos only. I saw already toaster oven in appliances store but coast more than one thousand pesos. I 'm not even sure if non-stick or not.
