Very unique empanada that could only be bought in Vigan Ilocos Sur. It is filled with a mixture of grinded meat, vegetable and one egg yolk. Sooo tasty! Actually looks very easy to prepare but they have something secret to the mixture. Jessica Soho featured this one time that's why I promised to myself I'll try to taste that one day out of curiosity.
Vigan is one and half hour by bus from my home town . And Joshua requested me to bring him there to take some photos for his friendster and deviantart.

Just like the heritage town of Vigan, their empanada is also very nice! [I've been to Ilocandia to visit my friend in Laoag last 2003.] With Vigan Empanada you will Go, Grow and Glow!

Bagnet with hot/spicy vinegar is one of my favorites as well!
