It was afternoon of Feb 22 when i switched ON the radio, Defense Minister Enrile and Deputy Chief of Staff Ramos was at the Camp Aguinaldo announcing that they defect from Marcos Government. They obviously nervous and slightly trembling when they were interviewing by the media. I still remember that Butch Aquino went near the Camp calling people to make human barricade for the two officials and their few men. Next Jaime Cardinal Sin calls for people via Radio Veritas to surrounds the Camp Aguinaldo where the two officials and their few men kept themselves in the Defense Ministry headquarters. In few hours huge people went to surround the camp and the next morning the whole Edsa filled with people. I joined the people's rally on the 23rd of February.
