Pacquiao vs Clottey on March 13, 2010

Manny Pacquiao's fight will push through on March 13, 2010 against Joshua Clottey but not a fight against Floyd Mayweather Jr anymore. Mayweather asked for drug testing by blood test but Pacquiao refused because he wanted only drug test by urine testing.
Pacquiao (50-3-2, 38 KOs) is widely considered the best fighter, pound-for-pound, in the world. Clottey (35-3, 20 KOs) who had once fought with Miguel Cotto last summer. However, that fight was a split decision but many believed that should've gone to Clottey. Clottey is a native of Ghana but he is living in New York.
