Condo tenant...

At last! Got a tenant already. Hope everything will be fine the whole term of our contract. It's been seven months was vacant. I intend to be vacant on the first four months and by the time i decided to lease, had already a hard time to get tenants. I got a problem on the first one who reserved the unit for one month. I thought she was an architect as she told me, but later on, the truth is not.

Anyway, the new tenant now is good and we don't have a problem of the contract and his personal information as required by the condominium developer. He's approved immediately and moved in without delays. Now staying in the unit comfortably.

I was so busy for the passed days and i am so glad i was able to finished all my parts in this transaction. Yes friends.. i have already closed the deal and contract signing was done last Tuesday. I brought my children with me, because i wanted them to be a part of this transaction. I wanted them to witness or learned all what i am doing. Actually i hesitate to push through but my daughter was so positive, encourages me and promised me to cooperate if she already finished college. If God willing she will be fifth year this coming school year. It is one of the biggest decision i made in my life but due to the encouragement of my daughter, helps a lot to decide and we both have the same vision. First of all i 'll entrusted to the Almighty Father . This is a contract to purchased a one unit condominium( one bedroom type unit). It is a ten years to pay. I have gone through their investigation for two weeks and fortunately they called me by phone that i met their requirements. I went to their office and tried to visit the unit again then i paid the downpayment after another last talk with my daughter and signed the contract at the main office of the condominium developer. The reason behind grabbing this unit is near our house, just a 500 meters away. It is a good investment for rental in the future if ever my kids will not use it. I'll try to do my best and I hope and pray to God is always there for me to be able to pay promptly the amortization till the end or before the contract ends. Lord help me please.....
