Tired really...

I am so tired i just came from Manila Bullitin Classified Ads along Makati Avenue. There was no passenger jeep so i walked from Atrium Building (near Ayala) up to JP Rizal Hulo. That was to long. I'd had a fear while walking, my blood pressure might shot up. It was good that i took my hypertensive medicine before i left our house.
When i reach home i took a glass of cold softdrink to refresh my body then sit infront of my computer start to blog though i felt still tired.

i am having headache

Pain pain pain....please get out from my head. Since last night i am having headache. I took mefenamic acid capsule. The pain relieved after 30 minutes and got a nice sleep. But the pain started again this morning until now. I am wondering because it is my first time to have a headache like this . The pain radiates to my nape. I am worried a little bit, i hope no connection with my heart.Usually, everytime nurses checked my BP is 140/90 always. I took it just my normal BP reading. I hope my headache does no anything connection with my Blood Pressure. I am alright...
