Today i am going to cook sinigang na bangus. A milk fish with soured sensation taste soup. I bought one large milk fish cleaned and chopped into five pieces. Put in a pot withabout 2-3 cups of water, salt to taste with one large chopped tomatoes and one large chopped onion. Bring to boil. Prepare the vegetables like string beans, kangkong leaves , sliced egg plant and okra. I supposed to put radish but it is not available. Add the vegetables to the mixture and continue cooking and get ready for the tamarind mix powder. When vegetable and fish almost cooked, pour the tamarind powder about 1 to 1 1/2 spoon only enough for the one whole large fish. I added also MSG to neutralized the taste of tamarind and the salt.
I am in a hurry to cook before my kids woke up from bed. They slept late last night because they had their computer session. I give them all the chance what they want to do day and night to enjoy their semestral vacation.
