Wear eyeglasses to see clearly

I am also wearing eyeglasses since I reach forty. I didn't expect that my eyes will get a poor vision at this age. The opthalmologist advised me to wear eyeglasses if i want to see clearly. There is no other treatment for this than eyeglasses or contact lens.
To prevent further poor vision eat food that are rich in Vitamin A. Avoid long period of reading books or prolonged sitting infront of the computer. Do not watch television too closed.
We must always take good care of our eyes.

Tips to prevent Puppy Eyes

Puppy eyes is typically sagging directly beneath the eyes. And sometimes looks light dark. The solution of puppy eyes is more on to remove the cause. So it is better if we know the possible factors that may cause your puppy eyes or eye bags first.
Here are some of the possible factors that may cause puppy eyes or eye bags causes:
> due to too much crying
>lack of sleep
>sleep in prone position for hours ( fluids may accumulate in your eyes)
>eating salty foods( sodium usually attracts water so possibility to accumulates beneath your eyes)
>due to genetic or illness
>due to allergy

Management to prevent further puppy eyes:
>Avoid rubbing your eyes
>Apply cold compress over your eye bags
>Apply chilled raw sliced cucumber over the eye bags. The same way on potato sliced. This reduces inflammation
>Apply cold tea bags for about 5 minutes ( tea bags wrapped with tissue paper)
> sleep in semi fowlers position or use 2-3 pillows under your head to prevents the accumulation of fluids under your eyes.
>avoid salty and alcohol
>for genetics or illness- go to the medical doctor for treatment
