No malling due to rain....

It's two days holiday (August 29 &30) here in the Philippines. My daughter chosen to work overtime so only me and my son in the house. We are planning for malling but the rain is not cooperating. I am afraid of flash floods anywhere along the way once a heavy rain poured though just only an hour. This is the problem now in Metro Manila, easily get flooded by a regular rain. Drainage are clogged with garbage But i can't understand why the government and the Pilipino people can't do something about it. It is not only the government to be blame but also the people who throw their garbage improperly.

At last! Got a tenant already. Hope everything will be fine the whole term of our contract. It's been seven months was vacant. I intend to be vacant on the first four months and by the time i decided to lease, had already a hard time to get tenants. I got a problem on the first one who reserved the unit for one month. I thought she was an architect as she told me, but later on, the truth is not.

Anyway, the new tenant now is good and we don't have a problem of the contract and his personal information as required by the condominium developer. He's approved immediately and moved in without delays. Now staying in the unit comfortably.
