At last, my sister's condo unit has been now renting by one of my neighbor's relative from USA. They rent the unit while they are on vacation here in the Philippines. They have chosen this unit because the place is near Makati malls , Rockwell and Mandaluyong malls like Rustan, megamall and Robinson. I just wish that by December when they leave the unit , there will be another nice lessee who could lease a longer period not shorter than one year.
About my own unit, I don't have a problem. I got a nice tenant. I hope he will extend his contract after one year or until we don't still need to use the unit.
