Same effect

Two days now that i have a headache and it is severe. The pain is contineous that why i have to take mefenamic acid. There was a medicine prescribed by the family doctor but it is too expensive. The medicine cost P89 pesos each tablet while mefenamic acid (generic) is just cost P4.50 only for one capsule and they have the same effect.
