Pork Igado

I cooked pork Igado for our lunch. Very simple to cook. The same ingredients with pork adobo. The difference is the bell paper. This is the way :
I saute minced garlic in oil until golden brown then onion and chopped bell paper. Add the pork (cut into small pieces like for menudo and was marinated with pepper and soy sauce for one hour) Saute until oil comes out then put a little water to cook plus the vinegar maybe around one spoon for 3/4 kilo of pork . Just a little vinegar as like when you are adding vinegar in a paksiw resipe. Sorry I can't give the exact measurement because i just calculates all the ingredients and always tasting. LOL

magkaiba ba ang pork igado at pork menudo? kase noong nakakain ako ng igado e parang lasang menudo.
