Hello friends. I came across this recipe from Carnation Evap wrapper and i would like to share to all of you. I will cook it later because at this time shell fish is not yet available. I still order from the mobile vendor and he will deliver tommorrow.
SEAFOOD STEW
ingredients:
1 tbsp butter, 1/2 cup sliced onion, 2 cups diced tomatoes
1 kg (halaan/tahong) shellfish and do not remove the shell
1 medium size carrots and cut into strips
1 cup cauliflower
1 cup water
1 cup labahita fillet (cut into cubes)
1 small red pepper( cut into cubes)
Salt and pepper to taste
3/4 cup carnation evaporated milk
Procedure:
1.Heat the butter then saute the onion and tomatoes. Stir in the halaan and tahong until shells open.
2.Add the carrots and cauliflower. Cook in one minute then pour the water and bring to boil
3.Add the fish fillet, red pepper, salt and pepper
4. Pour in the carnation evap and simmer for 2 minutes
Serve hot.
