Mashed Potatoes

My kids and me want mashed potato instead of rice if our viand is pot roasted chicken. This is how to do it. Washed potatoes , put in a pot , add water and boil until cook. Peel off the skin and mashed. Season with salt and gound pepper. Add 2-3 tablespoon of butter and wet with little milk. Mold to desired size or mold in a small cup. Chill and serve with chicken gravy plus pot roasted chicken .
