Planning for a new look house

Wow. the broken tiles in my kitchen is already fixed. I change the top of the cabinet entirely with new tiles. It looks better now. It takes so many months until i found a carpenter to make it. My wallet is empty again. But whew!! there is a new problem again! the water pipe going to my house is leaking. I need a plumber to fix as soon as possible or else i'll pay a huge amount of water bill. Actually our house was not maintained for so many years. I want to fix everything but i can't because it need a huge amount. My kids are still studying. How i wished that someday soon, I can able to fix everything or reconstruct the whole house for a better look although it is just a small house but at least it must be cute.
