Tired and exhausted
I don't know what to say. I don't know what to write and post now. My mind is extremely tired. I made 2 paid post and blog visit to my fellow blogger and at the same time laundering. I loaded to washing machine all the pants and shorts but i hand wash the other t shirts and the white uniforms of my kids. I am physically and mentally tired. I really feel completely exhausted. My left eye is tearing involuntarily . I know this is due to too much blogging and my back pains due to too much sitting down infront of the computer. How about you friends? Have you ever experienced the pains and exhaustion I have now ?

lately i feel the same too! Better limit yourself from too much sitting hehehe. In fact i did it and it lessened my back pain.

hi nay, ako din nararanasan ko yan minsa. basta good posture lang kapag nakaupo...then maaga mag sleep ^_^
