Sunlight

Friends i want to share to you what i have read from one magazine that sunshine may prevent children from becoming short sighted. The Australian researchers based this study when Most of the Chinese kids living in Singapore and Sydney that the rate of myopia cases is ten times higher than myopia cases of Sydney kids. Their reason is that Chinese kids spent almost all the day indoor while Sydney kids stay longer outdoor at daytime. This sunlight increases dopamine levels which can prevent the cause of myopia (shortsighted or nearsighted) .

Well... more on sunlight, i am sure all of us knows that sunlight in the morning is a good source of Vitamin D, a vitamin that prevents ricket. Ricket is a disorder of the bone in children caused by insufficient level of Vitamin D which is characterized by softening of the bones which usually leads to fractures and deformities.
