Chicken Tinola



Friends, just this morning i cooked tinolang manok for our lunch.(Chicken tinola. sorry i don't know the english word of tinola hehehe.) I sauted first the ginger, garlic and onion then i added some pieces of chicken enough for the three persons. I used fish sauce to taste and boiled with 2-3 cups of rice water. When the chicken almost done i added some slices of green papaya fruit instead of sayute or potato as other people 's choice. Lastly, one cup of a green leaves of malunggay added one minute before removed from fire.
