Cough and colds

As if i am starting cough and colds now. I feel sore throat also. How i wished that it won't progressed because so many now having cough and colds due to on and off sudden change of temperature here in the Philippines. Now i am taking Vitamin C tablet 500 mg a day to increase my resistance and some fluids and other nutritious foods. I must be sure that my son can't acquire the disease because my daughter is diagnosed with pneumonia but not confined in the hospital and the doctor just advised to be quarantine in one room to avoid the spread of the disease to us. She's afebrile now. Meaning the temperature is normal but still having on and off cough. Four days more to complete her antibiotic medications. May gel well so soon.
