Cheap Condominium

I have been busy for several days looking for a cheap condominium for my niece. She'll coming here in the Philippines to take her affiliation in Ateneo Professional School (Rockwell) for four months. I able to see one and reserved already. She only instructed me that should be near the school and reachable by walking distance . But i made it sure that should be safe place and conducive for her to rest and review. It is just only a studio type unit but there is a divider so it looks one small condo unit with one bedroom. It cost 17 thousand pesos per month excluding water and electric bill. She's the daughter of my sister and Canadian Citizen. She is taking up Law in Canada and the University sending here in Ateneo for Humanitarian Research i don't know how it is related to her course but i still glad that foreign universities considers Ateneo as one and best college of law world wide and sent their students here for further studies.
