Sotanghon Soup with corned Beef
There are are times that i am busy in my store that i can't able to prepare food for my children. So many times i just open canned goods , preheat and serve for them. To have a variation i learned something new to my kids. It is soup with corned beef. In saucepan saute garlic, onion and on piece chopped tomatoes in one tablespoon oil. Stir until wilted. Add the corned beef and saute for three minutes. Add 5 cups of water and put something flavoring like knorr cubes or any brand which you prefer. Then add i cup sotanghon and cook until noodles are tender . Add vegetable like chinese pechay which is cut in one inch strips or thinly sliced cabbage. Serve hot
