I don't feel well this time. Since yesterday i am not in the mood to do my routine house hold chores. I think my blood pressure is shooting up. I don't want to check , i might get worry more and triggers to shot up. I am on maintenance for anti-hypertensive Neobloc 50 mg. everyday but several months i discontinued the medicines (which is not supposed to be discontinued because this is already for lifetime med as my doctor's adviced) I was okey emotionally for several months but lately my daughter is making me mad .
I don't feel like blogging also and finish my opportunies. At the moment i have five opportunities to do. How i wish soon i am okey and finished them all and i will rest too. Maybe i just need rest.
