This is good for snacks or for viand .
1 tablespoon cooking oil
4 gloves garlic finely chopped
2 pcs onion, small finely chopped
1/2 cup carrots sliced thinly into strips
1 cup sotanghon soaked in water and drained
1 cup mongo sprout
1/2 cup ground pork
10 pcs. lumpia wrappers
oil for frying
Procedure:
Saute garlic and onions in hot oil add the ground pork till halfly cooked. Add celery and carrots and cook for 2 minutes
Add drained sotanghon. simmer till sotanghon is cooked
Add the mongo sprout and cook for one more minute. Remove from heat
When the filling is cooled get 2-3 tablespoon of the mixture and wrap in lumpia wrapper
Fry in oil if possible deep fry until golden brown and drain.

This is my husband and I's favorite. My family here in the states loves Filipino food especially lumpia.They are addicted to it.
