I am paying DSL bill promptly

I am so disappointed of PLDT. Lately I always experienced problem of my DSL connection every 2-4 days before the due date of my monthly PLDT bill. There is an on and off disconnection few days before due date. There are times that they call and checked if my telephone bill received already. What I know, since in the early 1990's when this landline telephone installed I never made a late payments. I pay them always in advanced specially when they had promo to earn points when pay the bill in advanced. This points earned with corresponding prices. But unfortunately i never got the prices because when I tried to claim the price in the office before , the employee assigned in the counter, innocently answer that they don't know anything how to claim the prices. But it doesn't matter to me if there was price or nothing what important to me is there service. In fairness i have no problem of their connections either overseas or local. So ' i prefer to subscribed their DSL service for internet connection rather that other brand because i never experienced a problem like i am facing now. Due date is clearly written in the bill and i never paid after the due date. How I wish that they don't do that anymore. It is a time consuming calling the attention of DSL repair everytime disconnected and they can't give me the reason of on and off disconnection.
