Shrimp in Coconut Cream

In a skillet or pan heat five tablespoon of oil then saute i glove minced garlic. 1 small chopped onion, and for slices ginger . Add i/2 kilo of shrimp. Cook until orange in color then add i cup of coconut cream, one bundle of asparagus . Season with fish sauce and pepper

You can also used string beans if asparagus is not available.
