For sizzling steak , choose the the meat like round beef and if pork should be from thigh part. Remove all the ligaments on surface and slice diagonally 2 inches thick and slit in middle to make it one inch. Pound meat with the use of the back of the knife or meat tenderizer. Marinate for half hour or more with :
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon msg
Brush griller with little oil then put the steak. Do not press the meat so that juice will not squeeze out from the meat . When turning the meat brush first the griller and meat with oil again and turn meat to other side. Grill until cook.
While waiting for the steak to cook , heat the steak's steel plate on another stove. Arrange garnishings on platter, so you can immediately transfer steak from the griller to the hot platter. The steak will sizzle when placed on hot platter. Serve at once.
