ORGANIC FERTILIZER FROM RIVER MUD," GREEN CHARCOAL " FROM WATER LILIES

Wow it is a great news! I have read in the Newspaper today. I found this news positive and I hope they will pursue and not just only more on planning. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources and Laguna Lake Development Authority agreed with Filipino inventor who discovered that the grimy mud of Pasig river and Laguna Lake as well as the massive population of water lilies that clog the waterways can be converted to organic fertilizer and alternative fuel.
Acording to their research and development effort found out and made a proposed project to convert an unwanted waste to a valuable and useful resource is workable.
According to the Mapecon Green Charcoal Philippines Inc. , organic mud and biomass- the water lilies can be combined , and with a proper mix of enzymes and microorganisms can be transformed into an absolute organic fertilizers. Aside from water lilies other materials can be used to make "green charcoal" are green leaves, sugarcane tops, weeds of coconuts and rice straws and they said half of our garbage generated daily in Metro manila is organic and biodegradable and can be transformed to green charcoal.Green charcoal from water lilies can be an alternative energy source and safe processing for global warming.
Hope their discovery will push through because not only fertilizer we gain but water lilies and muds clogs waterways -causing floods here in Metro Manila and the water lilies from rivers, housing millions of mosquitoes that attacks people living nearby the pasig river.

napakagandang idea po nito lalo na po't nasasaturate na ang mga ilogat law natin ng water lilies. pero paano po ba ginagamit yung green charcoal? pasensya na po't ignorante lang.ΓΌ

Wow, good news!

Doble rin ba ang budget ng DENR for this? Opps, peace! Just asking... Mas malaki ang budget, mas maganda naman di po ba? Lalo na ito'y para sa fuel at fertilizer.
