omega-3 Alert

Yes. OMEGA-3 fatty acid is now widely informing everyone that have many health benefits . But we must have to know that there is new WARNING 0n it. They are found in fatty,cold water fish salmon, mackerel,lake trout,sardines and tuna,canola, soybean,flaxseed and walnut oils, as well as dark green leafy vegetables. Can get also from fish oil capsules .



Studies shows that daily intake of omega -3 reduce the incidence of sudden cardiac death, decrease inflammations, lower blood pressure and reduce triglycerides. Help preventing the formation of blood clots, may decrease blood clots, which in turn decrease the risk of heart attact. They also reduce depression and help prevent dimentia.



ut...There is anew research now that OMEGA -3 could be fatal. Why? Because Omega 3 Decrease sudden death is that stop those cardiac cells that are most unstable from functioning . BUT in people who have angina, chest pain or tightness due to heart disease] or congestive heart failure , there heart are not receiving enough blood , so removing those cell from functioning can reduce the hearts ability to pump blood so much that , it may have the risk of SUDDEN CARDIAC DEATH.


OMEGA -3 IS BENEFICIAL IF YOU HAVE A HEART DISEASE OR HAVE A HEART ATTACK BUT DONT HAVE ANGINA OR CONGESTIVE HEART FAILURE.
