Raynaud's Phenomena

My sis seen by the neurologist yesterday and she was diagnosed with Raynauds 'Phenomena. I am worried for her because she's ll be back next month and decided to continue her check up in Canada. I doubt if she can continue medical checkup and have the treatment if there is any because she's always busy with their family business without giving attention of herself. I am worried for her, really she might not continue seeking medical advices again. Her blood examinations for thyroid, kidney, blood sugar are normal but her cholesterol level is obviously high. Echo Cardiography is normal but seen a mild abnormality of the mitral valve. The cardiologist wanted her to see the Rheumatologist for her Reynauld Phenomena for further evaluation and management but she refuses already . Still she's having the bluish discoloration of her fingers and toes. I wanted her to stay more here to continue check up for the final diagnosis and she may start the treatment whether here or in Canada. I wish that she is completely well before going back home. I am ready to help her all the way.
How i wish and pray that her raynaud's phenomena is just only primary that will disappear soon specially the symptoms she's having now. Comparing the pictures in Wikipedia are severe cases but thank God , my sister is just a slight symptoms that's the reason why i wanted to be treated as soon as possible but she refuse and in a hurry to go back home.

See a Cardiologist

My sister is already 57 years old and as getting older she started some body pains, headache and high blood pressure and she's having cyanosis of her nailbeds. I have decided to accompany her to see a cardiologist immediately. We went to Makati Medical to consult a doctor at once. The doctor is a lady specializing in heart diseases. High prices of medical procedures, medications and treatment now adays are too expensive that is the reason why poorer people like me does not want to seek medical attention. I just trying all my best to take care of my health because i am afraid of medical expenses. I'll get sick more.

Italian Spaghetti

I get up early , i have so many thing to do in the house, almost one week i accompany my sister. I have to cook a good meal for my children today. Ohh!! this is the one also i hate to see... my basket full of laundry again. I need to load now all the accumulated long and short pants in the washing machine and another set for the blankets and bed sheets but i manually wash the shirts and blouses. This is how i care our clothes.
By the way , i did not cook food for our breakfast anymore because i have still leftover italian style spaghetti . I cook this yesterday. me and my kids like it so much, something different because i only cook Filipino style only using cheese made in the Philippines. I learned this spaghetti recipe from my niece who just came here in the Philippines from Canada. She advice me to use the imported pure tomato sauce and italian cheese so i bought one from Rustan Supermarket in Rockwell to try and taste this very expensive cheese (Perfect Italiano parmesan Cheese). Yes it is nutritious but so expensive compare to our Philippine cheese cost only 42 pesos for one bar but i doubt now if contents a real cheese. But i still like the taste of our cheese like Eden or Quick Melt Cheese. So tasty if i used as toppings for the italian style spaghetti taught to me by my beautiful niece.

Cat toys makes cats happy too

I had a hard time to start my blogging again . Several days i am busy accompanying my sister for all her transactions here in the Philippines. Everytime i'll go home i feel so exhausted and want to lie down immediately and don't want to be disturbed and talk to anyone else. But you know my little native pussycat always come to my bedside and make noise as if asking where did i came from and wants to talk with me. But i don't feel like talking with my pussy cat because i am very tired. She noticed my cellphones accessory, a plastic small rabbit with something bids inside which produces sounds when touched. My pussy cat attracted and loves playing it. I supposed to get angry because there are already some scratches of my cellphone's case but i pity her. I should have to buy cat toys for her. You know friends cats are animals but they needs playmates or toys to play also like small human beings. If we care for our cat, we have to buy toys for them . Ouch!

Ouchh!! i was trying to remove the curtain to change and for laundry when my feet slipped sideways and fell down to the floor. My right upper part at the back part of my waist was bumped at the edge of my bed. Ohh my gushh! so painful and can't able to stand immediately and i have no one to ask for help because i was alone in my house. Kids was in the school.
It is already three days but still so painful. I am planning to seek medical advice or X'ray examination, there might have some dislocations or sprains of my ribs at the right back side of my body. I can use my health card but at the moment i am so lazy to go out. I always feel drowsy and sleepy. Last week, I accompany my sister for her general check up in Makati Med and shopping. I am not used for a long walk and shop anymore specially with sandal or shoes. Since then i felt so tired plus the slight accident i got at home makes me more lazy and sleepy.

Where are you Jennelyn mercado

As usual , when i put on the TV for my favorite showbiz talk show Showbiz Central . I am shocked of the news that Jennylyn has been missing for two days now. Becky her manager and love ones are worried for her very much. There is no idea where she can be found. No show for her commitments like her tv guesting in startalk , mini press conference and also in SOP. I was not able to watch SOP because we had a lunch date at Almona Marina restaurant with my 2 kids and my niece so i have not watched the announcement that Jen is already missing.
How i wish that Jennelyn is in good hands. She is my favorite actress. As i monitored her life in showbiz she's really a survivor. She has so many personal problems to face plus the negative intrigues against her.

Not a heavy rain in Metro Manila

It is too early this year to be a rainy season here in the Philippines. Last week Typhoon named Dante devastated the province of Sorsogon and the other night typhoon named Emong was in Northern part of Luzon in Pangasinan, La Union and Ilocos Sur. Government agencies have been placed on alert for relief efforts as typhoon Emong hit land in Northern Luzon. The heavy rains and winds caused floods and landslides in other parts of Central Luzon. This typhoon Emong was also expected to pass by here in Metro Manila but luckily it redirected its way. It was just a rain showers and slight winds. Thank God!
You know friends , if there is heavy rains here in Metro Manila the street at the right side of our house is always flooded and the water almost always enters to our gate. My store in our garage was flooded one time (2 years ago). That is why if i heard from TV news announcing of incoming typhoon by PAGASA (Philippine Atmospheric Geographic Astronomical Services Administration) i begin to worry and make it sure that our stuffs in the store will not be flooded again.

Hatton's Last Punched from Pacquaio

Hi friends , for several days i am really busy. My apologies to my friends for i can't visit them back. I was not also able to watch the live fight of Ricky Hatton and Manny Pacquiao. You know i am also a dying hard viewer of boxing especially if there is fight for world boxing championship. Good in GMA channel 7 replayed it for several times and i also watched over and over. Of course! that 's Manny Pacquaio's fight especially that Hatton knocked down at the second round. It seems that everybody all over the world was so happy for Pacquiao's incredibility being a boxer except those at the Hatton's side. Personally i am happy for Pacquiao and for my country as well but i felt pity for Hatton's physical condition just after he got the last punched from Pacquaio.

My niece arrived safe

I thank God. My niece arrived safely from Canada. It is her first time to come here in the Philippines to take her Law internship at Ateneo Professional School in Rockwell. She is the daughter of my sister.I assisted her for everything she needed for her stay here in Philippines. I hope she will enjoy too. She started shopping and she was amazed of the prices. She said clothes here in the Philippines are so cheap. But she felt sorry for the very low minimum wage. But i said "Yes we have a very low minimum wages here but prices is lower than in your country. You earned better in your country but your stuff's prices is higher. So there is no difference". Then we look each other and laugh.
